Media & Photo Release Disclaimer

By attending a Showtime Drift event, visiting our facilities, or participating in any related activities, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

You grant Showtime Drift the irrevocable right and permission to capture, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display any photographs, video, or audio recordings of you, your likeness, your vehicle, or your minor child (if applicable), for lawful purposes including but not limited to promotion, marketing, advertising, social media, websites, and archival use.

You understand and agree that:

No compensation is required or expected for the use of such media
Showtime Drift owns all rights to the recorded content
Such content may be edited, altered, or combined with other media
Media may be used in any format or medium, now known or later developed

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media and release Showtime Drift from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of such media, including claims related to privacy, publicity, or misrepresentation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where media capture is taking place or to notify event staff in advance. While reasonable efforts may be made, Showtime Drift cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.

Photo & Video Takedown Request Process

Showtime Drift respects the privacy and concerns of our community. While we reserve the right to capture and use media as outlined in our Media & Photo Release Disclaimer, we understand that situations may arise where an individual wishes to request removal of specific content.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To request the review or removal of a photo or video, please email us at:

Include the following information to ensure timely review:

Your full name
Your relationship to the content
- (e.g., person featured, parent/guardian of a minor, vehicle owner)

A direct link (URL) to the specific photo or video
A brief explanation of your concern or reason for the request
Proof of identity or authority, if applicable
- (e.g., confirmation you are the individual shown or the legal guardian)

Incomplete requests may delay review.

Review Process

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days
Final determination will typically be made within 10 business days

Submitting a request does not guarantee removal.

Grounds for Removal

Content may be removed or modified at our discretion if:

The request involves a minor
The content is misleading or misrepresents the individual
The content raises legitimate safety or privacy concerns
Removal is required by law

Content That May Not Be Removed

Requests may be denied if the content:

Was captured at a public event or venue
Is part of crowd, background, or wide-angle footage
Is used for legitimate promotional, editorial, or archival purposes
Does not violate any laws or policies

Approved Removals

If a request is approved:

The content will be removed from Showtime Drift–controlled platforms
We cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms, shared posts, or cached content
Reasonable efforts will be made to limit future use of the content

Abuse of the Process

False, misleading, or abusive requests may be denied and could result in refusal of future requests.
